Do you accept insurance and how does billing work?
Our practice operates as an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not have contracts with insurance companies, including government-funded programs such as Medicare. Thus, payment for services provided is due at the time of the appointment.
However, if you have a private PPO insurance plan, we will submit the claims on your behalf, and reimbursement will be provided directly to you by your insurance provider.
Prior to treatment, you will always be informed of the associated costs, ensuring transparency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
Do you offer financing options for payments?
Additionally, we offer third-party financing through CareCredit, which allows you the flexibility to pay over several months. Please note that the terms and conditions of financing through CareCredit are between you and CareCredit directly.
